Beautiful day, bautiful girls! Part 2.

Same beautiful day, different sisters. These two were the happiest kids I have ever worked with. So expressive, so much fun! When I was editing their photos, I was grinning from ear to ear the whole time. Just look at them! How could I not?! Thank you S & S for the smiles!

Remember last Saturday? It was a beautiful warm day almost summer-like. I believe Eugene actually broke the temperature record for that day! I got to hang out with O and P, the cutest and sweetest sisters!

Mother's Day session - 2 boys

Everybody was such a great trooper during this photo session. It was one of those crazy days when every time you look out of the window, it looks differently. It was pretty cold outside but fortunately, the rain waited until we were done!

What a great session we had with N! He brought his drum set as well as his marching band drum. We set up the drum set on this road that was beautifully textures with leaves, twigs and tree shadows. N gave us a little performance out there and I have to say I really enjoyed the rhythm and the sound of his drums out in the nature! Very cool!

Mother's Day session - 5 year old twin boys

We had a quickie session with J and her twin boys W & J. The boys were very excited and had a hard time concentrating because I brought along their friends, my own twins A & L. All four of them go to the same preschool (lovely Congregational Preschool) and belong to the same Twins Club in Eugene.

But I do this that this image is just adorable:

Mother's Day session - K & N

I had a Mother's Day session with beautiful 3-year old K, her big brother N and their mommy who is expecting their new sibling. They were both so cute and excited about the new baby. They love to hug and kiss their mommy's belly. So sweet!

Baby E

Little E is exactly 3 months old in these photographs. She was such a happy baby full of smiles and laughs!

Baby A is 6 moths old!

I cannot believe baby A is already 6 months! Just for a fun comparison, here she is 4 days old.

Look who just turned 1!

My little friends B! I cannot believe he's already one! And it just goes to confirm my theory that the first year goes by much faster than all the other years...

Mother's Day session - 3 generations

The J family has a new baby!

Little baby J arrived 2 weeks earlier than expected to her loving family of Js. She loves to be held by her grandma who seemed to have had a real magic touch in her hands. And not only was she able to get baby J's big brother J smile and stop for just a few seconds for me to take a (non-blurry) photo but she also cooked a whole dinner while I was there!

The weather has been so nice lately, we were finally able to venture out for a session. C (9), J (11) and their mom was a fun bunch to hang out with!

Mother's Day Special!

Fremouw Photography, together with other local photographers, and the Register Guard are partnering to celebrate Mother's Day 2008!

The Register Guard will be running a special section called Mother's Day Special Section on May 11th. The whole section will have photographs of moms with children, husbands, grandparents, step-parents, adoptive-parents... Just beautiful photos of our Moms!

Show mom how much she means to you by placing a precious family photo in the Register Guard!

The cost is $50 per photo submitted and must be paid in advance.

The deadline for submitting your photo is April 11, 2008!

And here's the deal, if you had a session with me in the past and you'd like to submit a photo from your session, I will do that for you for absolutely no additional charge. All it's going to cost you is the $50 to the Register Guard.

If you would like to do a new session just for the purpose of submitting a photo to the Register Guard, I will do a mini-session for you for absolutely no charge. In other words, I'll waive the session fee (which is normally $80).

Your session must occur by April 1st.

Let your friends know and lets flood the Register Guard with some beautiful photos of our families!

Is there anything sweeter than a new baby?

I really don't think so. This little one was 5 days young and so fresh and beautiful with a full head of hair and big dark eyes!

Looking at him made me wonder about a recent conversation I had with someone who thought newborn babies were ugly. Now how on earth could something, someone that's so delicate, precious and sweet be ugly? "No way," I said, "Go to my blog and look around. Not a trace of ugliness!" So if you ever hear someone say such nonsense, let them know that they are so VERY wrong!
