Why custom photography?

Chicago based children’s photographer Marianne Drenthe with the help of many other children and family photographers put into words a wonderful consumer guide website for those of you who might be considering hiring a custom photographer. You will learn more about custom photography, what it is, what it involves, what goes on after the shutter stops clicking and why choose custom photography. It's a wonderful read that I'd recommend to everyone!

Look at these sweet kids!

I know. They are mine. I was testing this set-up for an upcoming shoot with the Oregon Ballet Academy when my kids jumped in. They gave me full 3 minutes of their attention. They zoomed in on their little scooter, threw the scooter down, took their positions, and five clicks later they were gone. I do like what I got but the last one here is for a laugh. I think it's just a "liiiittle" over-posed. Funny kids...
